REPAIR STEPS
1. Estimate
In this estimate process, the vehicle is inspected and all relevant data is enter into an estimate software. This will determines the cost of repairs. However, often there is hidden damage that can not be seen until the vehicle is disassembled. We will notify customer for the additional estimate that was hidden.
2. Insurance Approval
Once the estimate is completed, the insurance company will review the estimate. The insurance company will determine if the vehicle is even repairable but there may be some negotiations on the price and procedures required to repair the vehicle. Once this process is done, the vehicle is ready for the actual repair process.
3. Disassembly
In this disassembly process, hidden damage is often found and inner structure repairs are determined. In these cases, many times the insurance will require scheduling re-inspection and ordering additional parts and approval in order to start the repair.
4. Order Parts
In this process, the required parts for your vehicle are ordered and availability is checked. In case if a part needs to be special ordered, the order will be placed as soon as possible. The repair process can not begin until the shop receives all of the structural parts.

In the body repair process replaces exterior panels and all metal finishing that may be required. The vehicle will begins to come back to life as sheet metal is installed and aligned. From here, the vehicle is ready for preparations to the paint department.
7. Paint
Paint preparation is a critical step in refinishing process of all vehicle. All vehicle are prepared for paint, then primed and sealed to assure good adhesion when the final top color and clear coats of paint are applied.
8. Reassembly
In reassembly process, final moldings and detail pieces are put back on the vehicle. All vehicle systems are checked during this process. The vehicle is almost complete when it is in this stage,

In this detailing process, your vehicle will be cleaned due to during the repair process the vehicle accumulates dust from the repairs. A final inspection will assure that the vehicle us restored to it's pre-accident condition.
10. Complete
Delivery is the final step. The car has been restored to it's pre-accident condition. When the customer arrives to pick up the vehicle, the front desk will explained the bill in details and the final paper work is completed. Also the job isn't complete until the customer is satisfied.
